Pitch Counts Rules.

Babe Ruth Pitch Count Rules

DAILY MAX-95!

(Pitches in Game/Day) REQUIRED REST

(# of PITCHES)

1-45 pitches= 0 Days Rest 

46-75 pitches= 1 Day Rest 

  • A pitcher who delivers 46 or more pitches in a game shall not play the position of catcher for the remainder of that game, or in a 2nd game played the same day.

  • A player that started as catcher may be moved to pitcher, but may not throw more than 45 pitches.

  • A player may pitch in more than one game in a day provided they are still eligible under the Daily Max per game per day.

  • All bats must be BBCOR or USA Baseball Stamped

    No Barrel over 2 ⅝”

  • Any non championship game may be termi­nated immediately once becoming regulation (412 or 5 innings) if one team is ahead by 10 or more runs and have had equal times at bat or the home team is leading.

  • When registering select the free agent option
  • You will be assigned a team after July 7th.

Games will start 8am, 10am and 5pm. With a break in between. 

  • Drop dead at 1:30 for all non championship games.
  • There can be a tie for all pool play.
  • You may hit as many players as you would like in pool play only.

  • You are allowed an EH during single elimination.

  • 5:00 PM: Staff arrival, coaches meeting, setup

  • 6:00 PM: Welcome & event overview

  • 6:10 PM: Dynamic warm-up & speed testing

  • 6:35 PM: Hitting evaluation & rotations

  • 7:00 PM: Scored hitting

  • 7:35 PM: Coaches Q&A panel & sponsor shoutout

  • 8:00 PM: Event concludes

Tournament Day 1

  • 6:00 AM: Staff/volunteer arrival, field prep

  • 7:00 AM: Team check-in

  • 7:30 AM: Opening ceremony (prayer, remarks, anthem, first pitch)

  • 8:30 AM – 10:00 AM: Games begin (pool play, 4 fields)

  • 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM: Next round of games 

  • 12:30 PM – 2:00 PM Next round of games 

  • 2:00 PM – 6:30 PM Break & Vendor Shopping

  • 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM: Continued pool play, Advancing Teams announced

  • 8:00 AM – 9:45 AM: Consolation Bracket (Remaining 4 Teams)

  • 10:00 AM – 12:45 PM: Quarterfinals – 4 Games

  • 1:00 PM – 1:45 PM: Semifinals

  • 1:45 PM – 7:30 PM Break & Vendor Shopping

  • 7:30 PM Closing Ceremony

  • 8:00 PM Championship Game

  • After Game: Ring ceremony, MVP & All-Star announcements
